We have Cisco unity Express Version 7.0..... Since last couple of weeks few users phone voice mail indicator stayed turned on even though there is no voice mail. Can someone please give me advise how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Hi Amit,
Have you tried refreshing the MWI status of these subscribers?
You can refresh the MWI states on subscribers' phones in two ways:
•You can refresh a particular subscriber's MWI using the mwi refresh telephonenumber number command in the Cisco Unity Express CLI.
•You can refresh MWI for all the subscribers in your Cisco CME system using the mwi refresh all command.
You can perform both operations via the GUI by navigating to the Voice Mail > Message Waiting Indicators > Refresh window.

Guys found the issue.... Message waiting indication extension was deleted by mistake. After adding MWI extension with MWI off mode issue is resolved.
