In the absence of any setting change problem occurred
if intercom extension call intercom extension , no answered then forward to voicemail and can send message .this is ok
but
if external call intercom extension , no answered then forward to voicemail "can send message but intercom user can't receive message"
what's problem is here ? how can fix this? thanks.
