Hi Hariharan,

Have you set up a corresponding Holiday schedule in CUC?

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/administration/guide/7xcucsag100.html#wp1049726

The Holiday greeting will only kick in on the actual Holiday "day" as set up in the

Holiday schedule. Many user confuse the Holiday Greeting and the Alternate Greeting

which is generally used for user vacations or absences.

Cheers!

Rob

Dear Rob,

Thanks for your information,

Can you please let me know how can i add the user recorded greeting into the new holiday list????

Hi Hariharan,

You are most welcome

You don't really;

"add the user recorded greeting into the new holiday list"

It works more this way;

Let's say we want the Holiday Greeting to be active on July 1st which is Canada Day

where I'm from. At the beginning or 2011 I set up all the Holiday "Dates" one of which

is July 1,2011 for Canada Day. On the week leading up to July 1 users can record their

Holiday Greeting which might say;

"Hi ...Happy Canada Day you've reached Rob who will be out having fun with Family and

friends" I will return on July 2."

When July 1,2011 arrives my Holiday Greeting will kick in automatically because of the relationship

that was built in the Holiday Schedule that I previously set up.

Make sense??

Cheers!

Rob
