Voicemail messages distributed to all extensions

Hello experts,

I have CUC 10 integrated with CUCM 10.

I have an issue that all extensions are receiving every voicemail message for all extensions, i.e. if I call an extension and record a message it will be delivered to all extensions.

Other issue I appreciate your help in (after solving above), how to remotely (from CUC) delete all messages from all users phones without asking them to do it manually.

What do you have configured as the message recipient for the users? or for a user that you're having the problem with?

Have you looked at the routing rules?

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
