Want to customize VMI PCA Page for Voice Mail Only

We have a voice mail only deployment of Unity 4.0.4. I want to customize the PCA pages for voice mail only (take out email and fax references). Can this be done?

Could you specify which pages in particluar you are talking about?

Sure, sorry. Phone menu and message playback preference pages both include email and fax options. This will confuse our subscribers. Also we only enter a user name and password at the login page, no domain, it defaults to our unity domain. Can we remove the domain box at the login page?

Sorry, there is no way to do this currently.

Are there any pages that can be modified? Say a company logo on the login page?

Certain sections of the PCA can be hidden or made available via COS settings in the SA, but the kind of customizations you are talking about cannot be done through the SA or any other Unity tool. You could fiddle with the installed PCA files, but none of that will be TAC supported and any such change will get wiped out on an upgrade. For example, to replace the Cisco logo, you could locate the CiscoLogo.gif file and replace it, but it will get wiped out when you do an upgrade and if you run into issues with the change you made, it will not be supported by TAC.

I would recommend that you contact you account team and put in a PERS request with details of customizations you would want to do.
