Webex login issue for one user

Hi All

 

The above mentioned User is unable to login to Webex. He has 2 profiles synced from CUCM to CWMS and they are unable to delete the profile  on the Webex server. I have checked the AD and there is no records for this object. The client has restarted the CWMS servers but the issue is still the present. Can anyone assist me on this?
