Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to Integrate Webex messenger with CUCM, I'm having some troubles,
On the cluster configuration->Cisco WebEx Messenger Enable Cisco UC Manager integration with Messenger Service Client,
on the local net if it has the private ip addess of the cucm works well, I have telephony sevices,
now, What IP should I set for this to work from Internet as well?
I've tried Expressway Edge Public IP address (We have RMA working), and it can't connect.
This is for testing Webex Connect Tool.
