I am trying to create a helpdesk admin user in unity which can only reset voice mail password for usrers. While chossing the pre configured Helpdesk Administrator role template I see every role assignment is set to view but the last one "Web Service Access" which set to full access. Can someone tell me what is it for and does it really have to be set to full access?
And also can I restrict the left panel view for the helpdesk admin? So they can only see the user tab and nothing else? I would like to log that user's activity as well.
