What license file to use on failover server for unity 4.04

I'm working on a unity 4.04 server with exchange and failover. right now im on the 'Install license file wizard' part of the unity install. I have to install a license to continue on with the precedure but i want to be sure what to install. I atempted to install the license we purchased from cisco, but it failed to install due to MAC address restrictions. Should i just install the default license provided by cisco (ciscounity40.lic) to the failover server? Thanks

I read that after doing failover to both servers the license from the primary is replicated to the secondary. If it does that can i continue on with the instalation by installing ciscounity40.lic, and if so will the real license overwrite the temp license after configuring failover? Thanks

Yes, you should install the license you ordered on the primary server, and just install the ciscounity40.lic on the secondary server and continue with setup.
