What tools are people using to manage their UC environment?

Hi all,

I was wondering what tools people are using to help manage their Call Manager, Unity Connection network?  I know Cisco offers Prime and we run older version of Provisioning Manager and Operations Manager today, but am not sure if we want to stick with it.

We are running dual CUCM clusters (8.x) with about 8K users, 2 Unity connection clusters (8.x), 2 gatekeepers and ACME Packet with our SIP provider.

Has anyone tried using freeware like Zabbix or Nagios?
