where can I download the SIPDefault.cnf and SIP<mac>.cnf

I was wondering if any one could point me in the right direction  regarding where I can find these two .cnf files required for getting a  Cisco phone to register with Call Manager via SIP..

SIP<mac>.cnf

I am reading this:

I have to download the following files, however I can only download the first 4 files from cisco website, but the last two I dont know where can I download it.

SIPDefault.cnf

SIP<mac>.cnf

where can I download the SIPDefault.cnf and SIP.cnf

For what phone models?  If 7970, 79X5 then go here.

If you have 7940/7960 then it's here.

Another thing, you DO NOT and you CANNOT download these two files.  You create them yourself.
