Where can I find Cloud IM and Presence publisher node server address

We're in the  process of deploying UC Mobile and Remote Access via Cisco Expressway and integrating with our cloud based deployment for IM and Presence.  

When configuring the UC section for IM and Presence on the Expressway, it's asking for the IM and Presence publisher node server address?  Where can I find this address for cloud based deployments? 

I've tried loginp.webexconnect.com and global-isj4cmx-c76.webexconnect.com which is what my Jabber client is connected to when I do a "Show Connection Status", but neither of them work.  I get "Server 'loginp.webexconnect.com' cannot be reached" error, but both addresses resolve in dns.

Any guidance you can offer is greatly appreciated.

You don't need any MRA for IM if you're using webex, there are no IM&P servers, that is only for ON-PREM deployments. You're effectively using WebEx servers for this, there are no IM&P servers, unless you have deployed your own, and want to use them over MRA.

There should be a _xmpp-server SRV record for whatever domain you use to log in, and that will direct you to the server which will provide you the services.
