Here is my very basic question:
In order to make on ramp work, what do I need hardware/software wise?
1, CCM
2. Exchange server
3. Gateway
I don't think I need a fax server software anywhere, right?
In order to make off ramp work , what do I need?
In addtioin to the above stuff, do I need fax client software? I couldn't image how the email from an outlook client will send to GW? Exchange server doesn't know anything about the DNIS fax unless we have fax client installed on PC. Does this make sense?
Thanks

Thanks a lot. These are two great files which solve my questions.
The little thing here the article didn't explain is the "fax receive called-subscriber". I didn't see any reason for it? Can you explain this to me? Thanks
