Adding API user in media sense

Dear Cisco Team,

kindly we have media sense v 11 and we do not know how to add API user accounts to media sense or how to import users

All CM end users with API access will be shown on Mediasense as available users for assigning them as Media sense API users.

On CUCM, the enduser which you want to provide access should have the Standard AXL API role. You can either create a new user group and assign the role to it and then assign the user group to the enduser.

Or you may also use the inbuilt User group - Admin-3rd Party API.

Once done, check the MediaSense API User Configuration on mediasense server.

I believe the issue that you are facing there is that all the end users created on CM are not showing up under Available Unified CM Users section on MS. If that is true, then put the userid and do a search and it will show up then since there is a hard coded limit of 75 users that will show up under Available Unified CM Users section
