Hello,
We have quite old CUCM (currently updated to 8.6) installation with 1100 device license units.
There are almost no free DLUs left in the system.
It is needed to install ~200 additional phones soon. We need to have more DLUs to perform this task.
Is it still possible to buy licenses which increase number of free DLU in the system ?
Can someone advice what are licenses names and how many DLUs each license contains ?
Thank you.

Yes,
You will need to reach out to whichever company you purchase your Cisco equipment or licenses from (i.e. CDW, etc.). When you purchase them you will receive a PAK. Take the PAK (product activation key) and go to https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Home and register the license. You will need the License MAC of your CUCM Publisher (obtained from the CLI with the command 'show version'). After you register the PAK to the License MAC you will receive a license file that you upload to CUCM under System > Licensing > License File Upload.
For information on how many DLU's each device consumes, you can use the calculator in CUCM as well under the same licensing menu. Do not assume each phone only consumes one DLU!
Thank you,
Tony
