Busy Trigger

Hi, I have a problem, I need to change bussy trigger setting on a line, but it shows like fix text, how can I enable it to change it.

What kind of device is this?

It is a Cisco 6921, the thing is that the busy trigger shows fixed (please see attached picture), I need to enable it to change that number.

What CUCM version are you running, and what phone load?   From my understanding/recollection these values were fixed for the 69XX phones in early versions, but resolved quite quickly.  For example I just had a quick look on an 11.5 cluster and the values are editable (phone load SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3)
