Hi Team,
Our customer has Unity connection 7.1.5 and not integrated Unified messaging, voic mail is accessing only through phone (Voice mail box not e-mail inbox)
one of the users requires his voice mails to listen from headset and save some important voice mails in his computer. can anyone help me in extracting voice mails from Unity connection server and save in hard disk, can listen as and when it requires.

Cisco PCA allows you to play messages via a web browser and one of the options allows you to download the message.
Allow access to PCA from users class of service , browse to https:/ip address of server/ciscopca - this will give you a user login page, login with user name and web password of user. One of the links on that page allows you to save the message.

Great tip from Jeff (+5), another option would be to simply point to CUC server/account via IMAP from Outlook for example or whatever email client you are using. You do need to enable IMAP in user's class of service.
HTH,
Chris
