CDR CALL ACCOUNTING USING FTP SERVER

Dear all,

 I am facing some problem to download CDR call accounting from UC 540 to external ftp server.

I have configuered Gateway file accounting ,

Router configuration

gw-accounting file

primary ftp 192.168.10.12/CDR.txt username cisco password cisco

 maximum buffer-size  15
 maximum retry-count 3
 maximum cdrflush-timer 50

3rd Party FTP configuration

I have created 3rd party ftp server on my pc and created same ftp user account.

But I could not getting cdr files.I am getting some error logs given below

Could you help me to troubleshoot the problem

Hi Ajay.

Look at destination folder permission.

It seems that your are not allowed to write into that folder.

 It is working fine with xlight ftp  server.Thank you for your support,

Could you suggest a free ftp sever ? filezilla is not working.
