Register third party H.323 endpoint on CUCM 10?

Does anyone have a guide or how-to for registering an H.323 endpoint on CUCM 10? I'm having issues getting my h.323 endpoints registered. We have a couple older Tandberg 6000's that I need to register.

Device > Phone > Add New and select H.323 Client from the drop down list.

Enter the IP address as the device name, it wont show as registered (like H.323 gateways)
