Changing Hostname and IP Address

For example, there are:
- CUCM Publisher
- CUCM Subscriber
- IM&P Publisher
- IM&P Subscriber

What is the correct order of procedure to change hostname and IP?
Can anyone provide the correct step-by-step (in GUI and CLI)?
