Cisco SX80 multisite call with Polycom HDX

Hi Team,

Client has installed Cisco SX80 with multisite license, SIP call with 3 regional offices where equipped with HDX 8000, HDX7000, SX20. Would that be any compatibility issues between Cisco SX and Polycom HDX in a multisite call?

Since client has experienced twice the call dropped after 30mins connection, coincidentally the dropped end points are HDX8000 and HDX7000.

Please advise.

Hi,

If the calls are dropping after 30 minutes then the license or compatibility issue would not be there, it is more likely some timers or network related config that is causing the calls to drop. Do you have an option to try a multisite call within the same network so that any firewall or other network related issues can be bypassed to see if the same issue is experienced.
