I have a user with a Cisco 7942 IP phone trying to make a conference call (this used to work). He establishes a call to the first party, presses more and Confrn. Then he dials and calls out to the second party, the call is established. When he then presses Confrn everyone is disconnected. We are running CUCM 9.1. Others are able to use the feature without a problem. Any ideas, I checked RTMT but nothing stuck out to me.

I'd start by looking into codec issues, and reviewing the whole MRL/MRGL/CFB config

OK will do and one thing to add in RTMT I see the following after the 2nd call is trying to be bridged in.
resource unavailable unspecified explanation a resource unavailable event occurred and no other cause in the resource unavailable class applies
