Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence Administration user syncronization

Hi. I have couple of users missing in CUPS . CUCM is integrated with LDAP and CUCM has those users.   I guess I need to syncronize manually CUCM and CUPS but can't find how and where . Some web sites says need to restart "Cisco Sync Agent" but where they don't mentioned. 

I didn't see "Cisco Sync Agent " on CUCM serviceability-feature services-cucm/CUPS 

I didn't see "Cisco Sync Agent " on CUPS  serviceability-feature services-cucm/CUPS 

I didn't see restart option  on CUCM/CUPS services parameters-CUPS-Service "Cisco Sync Agent " .

Anyone can share their experience and help me with this ?

Many services can only be restarted via CLI

I did it, maybe someone will find it usefull : go to cups serviceability-tools-network services-IMandpresence services: cisco sync agent -> restart, it doesn't affect to service. 

My problem was I always use ctrl-f to search  anything, for some reason it was not able to find it :) .
