CUP, Bulk user import buddy list

Hi,

Has anyone found a way to bulk import a list of users? A customer would like to add all the members of a team to the CUP system and when doing so automatically add all the other members of that team to each user's buddy list. Can we use BAT for that?

There was a feature request three years ago.  You may check with Cisco account manager for that.

Before that is available, the workaround would be manipulate the database via CLI, which is risky and not supported by Cisco.
