CUPC clear cached numbers

Hello!

In CUPC, if you type in a number, CUPC will cache the number, so for the next time you type in the same number, it will show up automatically. Also wenn a call comes in, CUPC looks up for cached numbers and shows the match with maybe a name for the incoming call.

Is there a way to clear these "cached" numbers?

To delete all cache information of contact information from the client you need to remove these folders:

Windows XP: 

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Cisco\Unified Communications\Client Services Framework

C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Cisco\Unified Communications\Client Services Framework

Windows Vista:

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Client Services Framework  - C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Client Services Framework

Windows 7:

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications
