CUPC shows offline (no network) after login

Hi,

I'm trying to use a Presence server that we already have installed in a lab in my company but I'm having some trouble.

I assigned my user and I'm also able to login with username and password.

But, after login, it shows "Off-line (no network)" and I can't change the status.

Does someone have any clue on this?

I reinstalled the software and it's now connecting, showing "Connected (limited)".

Why is this appearing? What can cause this?
