Date Format reading by TTS

Hi My client is running the Unity system 4.0(3). They have also installed with TTS feature. The TTS is configured with US English. However, my client get used to use the UK Date Format - DD/MM/YYYY nstead of the US Date Format - MM/DD/YYYY.

My client would like to know how we can change the Unity to use UK Date Format while the Unity is configured with using US English for the TTS.

Raymond - Where is the US date format MM/DD/YYYY being displayed? Is it somewhere in the SA? Thanks - Jim

If your email contains a date in the format DD/MM/YYYY and your user is configured for UK, then the UK-English TTS engine will be used and you will get the date read correctly.

Since you’re configured for US-English, the TTS engine will want to translate as MM/DD/YYYY
