Free bump,, hehehehe

anyone??

I am not an IOS guy, so I am not sure how much I can help. But I am hoping this can help you help yourself:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk1077/technologies_tech_note09186a0080207ec6.shtml

That tool will generate some debugs to try based on the signalling used. I would see if this can help you get to the bottom of the failure.

Thanks Chris.

Now. i can make calls, but i`m having issues with the incoming calls, here the debug when an incoming call is tryng to connect.

any comments??

Hi,

Giving those debugs a once over, here is what I see:

GW received a call for "dest=2100"

Then I see an interdigit timeout:

004262: Feb 17 00:45:20.759: //139/8F63A1D88226/CCAPI/cc_api_call_report_digits_
done:
   Call Entry(Initial Digit Timeout=15000(ms), Inter Digit Timeout=10000(ms))
004263: Feb 17 00:45:35.759: //139/8F63A1D88226/CCAPI/cc_handle_inter_digit_time
r:
   Generate inter-digit timeout CC_EV_CALL_DIGIT_END event

Then the call drops:

004270: Feb 17 00:45:35.759: //139/8F63A1D88226/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect:
   Cause Value=28, Call Entry(Responsed=TRUE, Cause Value=28)

Cause code 28 is INVALID NUMBER FORMAT. I think what this means is we didn't match a pattern on the GW for 2100. I would check your GWs config (H323?) to make sure you have a dial-peer setup to receive and route a destination pattern of 2100.

tks,

dial-peers, are well configured,, any other ideas?

tks

Probably time to open a TAC case then.
