Hello.
I'm planning a CUP 8.6 installation and want to do a XMPP federation with a Sametime server running version 8.2
I want to accomplish that a Sametime user and a CUPC user can chat and see each others presence status.
Since Sametime federation is only supported for interdomain federation and these CUP and Sametime servers currently exists in the same domain, I was wondering if this could be accomplished by adding a subdomain and pointing the CUP to this subdomain.
Sametime would be in domain abc.com and CUP would be in domain cup.abc.com
It would be nice if this federation can be done only by configuring DNS, and not that much AD changes.
