Hold music problem in SIP phone (X-lite)

kindly, why when i press hold button there is no music played when i use sip phone ?

Chk if a profile has been assigned on the User Hold MOH Audio Source under directory Number settings if a profile has been assigned. if not u would need to create a new profile and configure MOH in Music On Hold Audio Source Configuration with audio source uploaded on the server.

i already did before even i activate both network hold and user hold but it's useless.
