i have a confusion regarding imagicle software that is it going to create any problems for cisco environment  when used as a recording software.

Hi Ali,
Though Imagicle Site says that their product can be used with Cisco UC applications, you should check with Imagicle support if these applications are tested with any specific versions of Cisco UC apps and what is the recommended approach.
