I have recntly installed the 8.6.3 version of CIPC.However ever since i installed that I can no longer hear the tones when I dial out from the softphone.
I cannot always pick up an incoming call from the Cisco IPC popup that appears when a call comes in and the main Cisco IPC window is minimized?
These two problems started after I deinstalled the old Cisco IPC and installed the new, 8.6.3.0 version.
Any suggestions??

Look for audio tuning wizard try with headphones and speakers.

1. The Audio Tuning wizard settings are fine but still cannot hear the tones when dialed out.

When you ran an audio tuning wizard did you actually hear sound via headphone ( Wireless or Wired)? or pc speakers. Go through an options for the minimization issue. I think there is an option for it.
