Jabber Active Directory Custom Query Base Filter do not work

Hey All

I want to exclude the issuance of dismissed employees from the predictive search in Jabber. For desktops I use CDI integration and try in the UC Service Configuration on CUCM in the Jabber Client Configuration (jabber-config.xml) to set the BaseFilter parameter as (&(objectCategory = person)(objectClass = user)(!name = y*)) ... After Save I get (&(objectCategory = person)(objectClass = user)(!name = y*)) and the search doesn't work at all

It's work for disabled users
