What are the maximum number of Telepresence calls that I can safely support on the ISR platforms that run CUBE (ENT)?
We already have GSRs and ASRs running CUBE (SP), but I'm not seeing anything on the product page for CUBE with regards to Telepresence call density.
Specifically, I'm looking for more information regarding 2921, 2951, 3925 and 3945.
I see what the licensing options for CUBE are but I'm not confident that the individual platforms will have the same capabilities as the hardware resources are scaled down across the two platforms.
Thanks!

Hi Michael,
Please reference the Table below for ISR Platforms versus CTS Sessions. The 500/1x00 column represents single-screen endpoints while the 3xx0 column represents triple-screen endpoints.
Platform | Data Circuit Speed | TDM Gateway DS0s | CUBE Sessions | CTS Sessions | CME Phones | SRST Phones | |
|
|
| 500/1x00 | 3xx0 |
|
| |
2901 | 25M | 100 | 100 | - | - | 35 | 35 |
2911 | 35M | 150 | 200 | 2 | 1 | 50 | 50 |
2921 | 50M | 240 | 400 | 4 | 2 | 100 | 100 |
2951 | 75M | 400 | 600 | 6 | 3 | 150 | 250 |
3925 | 100M | 480 | 800 | 10 | 5 | 250 | 730 |
3945 | 150M | 720 | 1000 | 17 | 10 | 350 | 1200 |
3925E | 250M | 420 | 2000 | 28 | 17 | 400 | 1350 |
3945E | 350M | 660 | 2500 | 40 | 24 | 450 | 1500 |

Bob,
This is exciting news.
What CUBE (ENT) SKU would be required to have 24 concurrent CTS-3000 sessions?
The config tool only lists up to 1000 CUBE sessions and I'm not clear if there is a direct mapping between the capabilities for that licensing option and the table you have previously shared.
I look forward to your response.
Are you the product manager for CUBE (ENT)?
If possible, I'd like to take this conversation off line for further drill down and detail.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your message. I am not the Product Manager for CUBE (or even in the Access Routing Technology Group [ARTG]), but one of the Product Managers in the TelePresence Systems Business Unit (TSBU). I will contact you off-line to discuss getting you to the right person in the Cisco organization.
That noted, at the moment there is no difference between voice/video/CTS sessions for the licensing, although this is subject to change. If you were looking for 24 concurrent CTS sessions, you would need a 25-session license, currently available in the ISR G1s (FL-CUBE-25) and G2s (FL-CUBEE-25). Please note that the ASR CUBE platforms do not yet support video, to include CTS, but this is likely to change later this year.
Best Regards,
