One of our customers has two MCS7825H2-K9-CMA2 appliances and the CUCM version installed is 6.0,
because they purchased two years before two CM6.0-U-K9-7825= (SW Upgrade CM 5.1 to CM 6.0 - 7825) upgrades.
The products are covered with 2 CON-CSSPD-25H2CMA2 and 2 CON-SESW-M607825 supports.
Now we would like to migrate and virtualize the CUCM to 8.5 version.
Which would be a best solution for this upgrade ? Also wich will be the part numbers of the products.
What happens in case the 2 CON-SESW-M607825 supports are overdues.
