Missed calls not accessible on ip phone 6945

I had installed a CME , registred with ip phones 6945, and 7962.

the problem is i have not accessible on missed calls on ip phone 6945.

you can find attached the configuration of CME.

can you help me please .

The issue happens only with 6945 phones? Is one or all of this type of phone?

Try a firmware upgrade or a factory reset.
