no message debug log in CUBE and outgoing sip turnk call fail

Hello Experts,

Good day to you all. Do you have any idea how to solve or troubleshoot this issue/scenario?

CUCM --> --Sip trunk Tunnel --> CUBE -->-- Sip tunnel --> ITSP

 

1)We have two CUCM cluster (PUB and Sub) in our environment.

2)Phone is registering with DID number in CUCM. (DID-693xxxxx)

3)And there is a sip trunk tunnel to CUBE. (The sip trunk tunnel is fully service and Up ).

4)I would like to make a call to 67372xxx.When I call that number (67372xxx),I can't call that phone from our Voip phone. (DID-693xxxxx).

5)So I am trying to trace route pattern status in CUCM with Dialed Number Analyzer (DNA) tools.DNA result match with our route pattern.(OK).

6)And then try to T-shoot in CUBE router: debug ccsip message.

 

On the CUBE router we are facing no message issue.This is the problem of our scenario.May I know how can I fix my problem?

 

*CUBE config are attached with the file name.Please kindly find in it.

Try this:

logging buffered 1000000 7

no logging console

no logging monitor

exit

clear logging

debug ccsip mess

*make test call*

show logging

 

Does anything show up in the logs then?
