Register C40 with CME ?

Dear All,

  I am trying to register Tandberg C40 with CME as SIP client, I need register C40 to Call Manager Express and I would like to do video call between C40 and 9971(Sip-phones).

  However, it is failed. I could not find documentation about this integration(C40 and CME).

  Could anybody please help me ?

No documentation found, True... you have to have following changes become it works, if you willing to do that Yes its possible.

1.

voice service voip

  asymmetric payload full

  video screening

!

2.

voice class codec 1

codec preference 1 g711ulaw

codec preference 2 g729r8

video codec h264

3. This dial-peer using for dial to the C 40

dial-peer voice 5555 voip

destination-pattern 5555

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (Tandberg C 40 IP Address)

voice-class codec 1

4.Tandberg C 40 : you have to change SIP Profile to 5555@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX and Default Transport - Auto

   Proxy 1 : Discovery Manual

   Address : XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (CME Loopback)

5. Conference Settings

    MaxTransmit / Recieve CallRate : 256

Let me know any questions and keep your mind, you can make Video calls 9971 to C 40, but you cant make C 40 to 9971 Video calls just Audio.
