Hi, we have social miner 8.5 installed and we created a facebook fan page. The feed shows connected, but the campaign we created isnt showing any of our wall posts. Any idea what may be the problem?
Also, when we created a twitter account and attempt to save the configuration, next step should be a re-direct to twitter for authentication. This doesnt happen, instead and error is displayed in regards to proxy server review which we dont have setup. Any idea what could be going on here? IP configuration and name resolution is confirmed. Seems like the application is not even attempting to authenticate.
