UCCX IVR script: access corporate directoy

Dear bro., 

A demand to access the corporate directory by press a digit(say "0") and speak out a staff name for his or her extension in the UCCX IVR script. Could this possible?

After searching, and found the feature in need is like the Speech Connect for Cisco Unity Connection mentioned in https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11353006/auto-attendant-uccx.

As we do not have Unity Connection, can this be done by uccx scripting.
