I am currently stuck on this issue and seeking out for any assistance/suggestions. I'm trying to upload an After hour greeting file in Cisco Unity version - 8.6.2ES69.23900-69 and getting Invalid media stream" error - Code: 19 when trying to test it out using the playback feature via phone.
I've tried the suggested steps in CSCto92753 and CSCti46125, with no luck. I've tried using different audio formats - Alaw, Ulaw, 8bit, wav format, SunNext-8bit. au format and nothing is working.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
