Unity Connection - importing user

I'm noticing that it's taking quite a while for a new user to appear when I'm trying to import them into Unity. Is there a way to speed that process up? I get the user setup in CUCM, perform a a LDAP sync, then when I go to Unity to import, I'm noticing that it's taking upwards a few hours if not a whole day, any suggestions on how I can speed the process up would be so appreciated

Hi Fred,

Sometimes this can take long because customers have CUCM AXL servers configured which are

no longer used. Please double check and see if this is not your case, if there's a CUCm server

which is unreachable or no longer used this can cause delay on the LDAP synch.
