XCP Message Archiver issue CUPS8.6.3

Hello,

  I upgraded CUPS8.5 to 8.6, upgrade was successfull but I am facing an issue related to XCP services.

Before upgrade all services related to XCP were running but after upgrade following XCP services are not running.

XCP  Text conference  Manager

XCP Message Archiver

XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager

Please help.

Hey Ahmed,

Have you manually tried to restart those services?

Also, the Message Archiver and XMPP federation services have pre-configuration requirements, such as:

Msg Archiver is used when you have an External Database configured on CUPS so the purpose of compliance and XMPP Federation is used for communicating with external WebEx Connect, Google Talk or other when another CUPS 8.X is in different domain.

If you don't have any such configuration, you can de-activate these services from the CUPS Serviceability page -> Tools -> Service Activation.

As for Text Conference Manager, try restarting manually to see if it starts back up.
