16GB DIMM module for B200 M2

Documentation says that max supportable RAM on this blade is 192GB or 12*16GB DIMMs.

Could anyone tell what is part number for 16GB DIMM which will work on B200 and will not log an error about not able to find FRU info?

Would you confirm that the part # is actually 16GB DIMM, not a kit of 2 8GB dimms?

Confirmed.  The description for a 16GB kit would have "2 x 8GB...." listed.
