Your screenshot appears to show drive 2 & 3 with incremented predictive failure indicators
You will want to generate a tech support file from the Admin, Utilities tab, generate tech support data for local download and open a TAC case.
They will want to rule out HD firmware issues, as well as raid controller issues.
While I have seen legitimate multiple HD failures, more than one drive triggering alerts at the same time should be cause for investigation into other storage components, before just simply swapping the HDs.
