C1UCS-OPT-OUT Part Number

Dear Friends,

I will implement a new UCS project and I have this Part Number C1UCS-OPT-OUT for each Blade Server.

I take a look in the Cisco site but I didn't find any reference to it.

If someone could explain me what is this Part Number is for I will apreciate

I think I can use it to install Cisco UCS Central and Energy Management , but I want to confirm that.
