Hey ex-engineer -

So it looks like you got a lot of good information on that last thread. The one thing I would add is that when it comes to virtual output queues (VOQs), there is one for EVERY COS value for EVERY PORT.  meaning if you have the 5548 switch, you have 8X48 VOQs.  Also, not that these quese are separate from the egress queues that are allocated to each port as well.
