Cisco blade delete vKVM-Mapped vDvD1.22 boot option

Cisco blades has a vKVM-Mapped vDVD1.22 boot option and boots to some sort of isolinux. How do you delete this ISO file/boot option in the bios and where is it saved on the server? All of the media has been wiped? I did a factory reset and scrub through the UCS Service Maintenance  but the ISO and boot option are still there.  I remove the boot policy but once you add the boot policy it boots to it again. So not sure how you would remove this.  I am running version 4.2.3o. I looked all throughout the UCS Manager and KVM console and the pictures in the guides or steps do not look or match what I see on my end.

Sounds like these servers are undergoing UCSM discovery which boots a (PNUOS) Linux OS to enumerate the server hardware.

There is nothing to remove/delete/unmap, this is expected behavior. Let the servers continue to discover.
