An orange LED on a drive generally indicates a 'failed' drive.
You will want to look at the CIMC, storage tab, and see if the VD/raid volume that drive was part of, is still online.
The VD should be degraded, but online with pretty much any raid type other than raid 0.
If the Unit is still under contract, you will want to open a TAC case, or see what other drive replacement options you have.
You can backfill a failed drive with a larger drive, if the original one is not available, but will want to stick with same general specs for the drive (i.e. SAS, Sata, HDD, RPMs)
Assuming you aren't hitting the 40,000 hr issue as you specified HDD and not SDD, but if drives are hitting that issue, still have to be replaced. Firmware upgrade helps you avoid hitting that condition, but can't help post mortem.

I have upgraded latest version 3.0(4r). It's shows HDD 2 fault, Amber LED also cimc view severe fault. HDD7 moderate fault.
Shall I go RMA or TAC?

You need to open TAC case to get the RMA.
If you have more than one drive unhealthy, then you typically want to replace the one that is completely offline 1st, assuming the other drive is degraded, and then replace the 2nd drive once the 1st one has completed rebuild.
Not sure if drive 2 and 7 in in same raid group.
