Can anybody please advise on the below,
 
I am recieving this error, however the cluster itself is healthy

Sounds like you are running older code, and hitting https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuw36128 / https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCun07367/?reffering_site=dumpcr.

Usually upgrading to later code (from the 'known fixed releases' list) on the UCSM will resolve.
